Vickie serves as the Director of Human Resources for both McInnis Insurance Agency, Inc. and McInnis Brothers Construction, Inc. She joined McInnis in 2009 with over 30 years of experience in human resources.

She has held the position of Chairman and member of the Executive Committee for the Minden/South Webster Chamber of Commerce, with several terms as member of the Board of Directors.

Vickie plays a wide variety of roles in both organizations. She is an advocate for the company and the employees who work for the company. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment, hiring, benefits administration, employee relations, policies and procedures, employee grievances, unemployment, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.

She grew up in North Webster Parish and currently lives in Haughton, Louisiana.
