Cynthia joined the Haynesville location of McInnis Insurance Agency in July of 2006. Cynthia brings over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry to our agency. She began her insurance career in 1981 in Crossett, Arkansas and has worked on both the agency and company side of the business. She has worked as a company underwriter, marketing representative, and as an agency account manager in personal and commercial lines.

Cynthia obtained her Property and Casualty license in 1989 and her Life and Health license in 1990. She has also earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), the Associate in General Insurance (AINS), and the Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) designations. Cynthia is a past member of the North Louisiana Chapter of Insurance Professionals and the Professional Insurance Agents of Ouachita Parish.

Cynthia enjoys living on Lake Claiborne, reading, Louisiana Tech University football, and hanging out with her family and friends.
